Step 1:

  • Xiaomi ensures that the original buyer receives a defect-free product in terms of materials and workmanship under standard usage conditions within the warranty period.

  • Xiaomi may require you to present proof of purchase and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. In case you have not purchased directly from Xiaomi, you can either contact the seller or Xiaomi's local support to get further information.

Step 2:

  • Prior to submitting your claim, confirm whether your Xiaomi product is under warranty with the link IMEI or Serial Number Check.

  • Before contacting a Xiaomi service agent, please have the following information ready: Model number, Serial number, and IMEI number if available,  Customer’s full address and contact information, Purchase order number, a copy of the customer’s original invoice/receipt.

Step 3:

  • You must visit the nearest service center for issue validation. After validation, the service team provides a certificate. The Customer Support team arranges and dispatches a replacement. The After Sales team collects faulty units via reverse logistics to the SPL warehouse.

  • If your product is under warranty and was purchased from Xiaomi, you must send it to the address provided by Xiaomi in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that ensures the same level of protection.

  • If you are unable to contact them via the customer hotline or online chat, Contact them with the form

Xiaomi Warranty Period:

  • Xiaomi offers a 2-year warranty for the Redmi 7A Handset and Xiaomi Google TV Series/ Redmi Fire TV Series.

  • Xiaomi provides a 1-year warranty for Laptops, Notebooks, Smart Devices, TVs, Networking, Wearables, Security, Lighting, Computer Accessories, and Personal Care.

  • A 6-month warranty covers Power, Audio, Charging, Wearable & Smart Accessories, Travel Bags, Smart Home, Photography, Mobile Accessories.

  • Xiaomi offers a 3-month warranty on Portable Electric Air Compressors, Sunglasses & Shoes.
