To register a product in Wyze and claim warranty, you can follow these steps.
For the warranty claim process, you must first furnish valid proof of purchase, which can be either an order number or a sales invoice if you bought the product directly from Wyze. If you purchased the product from an authorized retailer, you should provide a dated sales receipt that includes a description of the product and the price paid. Additionally, you will be required to provide a description of the issues you are experiencing with your product in the Support Ticket Form.
Wyze may request that you return your product for inspection as part of the warranty claim process. Wyze will furnish you with a prepaid shipping label and specific return instructions, and it is essential to consent to Wyze's return shipping guidelines.
Wyze does not bear responsibility for the return shipment of the product. Additionally, Wyze is not under any warranty obligations concerning such returned products.
All products must be returned within thirty days from the date of the purchase. Your products will not be accepted if you have received the products from other retailers.
The products should be in their original condition, complete with all original cards, adapters, documentation, accessories, and packaging. You will receive an email notification as soon as Wyze has received and processed your return.
The Help Center is geared up to answer your questions linked to products, services, orders, returns, and warranty and you can have a glimpse of the Wyze account creation steps.
Creating an account will give you the latest discounts, product updates, tips, and tricks and you are allowed to unsubscribe at any time. You will get to know about their FAQs and troubleshooting of the orders.
