Wyze provides a warranty to the original product owner, guaranteeing that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Wyze or an authorized retailer. In the event of a defect, Wyze has the sole discretion to either replace the defective product or component, or accept the return of the product and refund the original purchaser's payment through the original payment method, as a Wyze store credit, or as a gift card. This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser. Additionally, Wyze offers a separate warranty for the Wyze Bulb White, assuring the original owner that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will provide guaranteed performance for a period of three years, based on usage of up to three hours per day, from the date of purchase from Wyze or an authorized retailer.
This warranty does not cover the following products: those submitted after the original warranty period has expired, product issues that are not related to quality, products lacking valid proof of purchase, products physically located outside of the USA or Canada, products acquired from unauthorized retailers, lost or stolen products, products received as part of a Wyze giveaway, donation, promotion, or as free samples, products that have undergone repair attempts by unauthorized individuals, products exposed to conditions such as falls, extreme temperatures, water, or other situations contrary to the Wyze documentation, and end-of-life products, including Wyze Sense v1. It's important to note that this warranty also excludes any contents or valuables stored within the Wyze product.
