There are two registration methods for Landroid and Power and Garden Tools. The customer support is a one-stop solution for troubles related to both products. You can choose either support for Landroid or tools.
Within thirty days from the date of purchase is the given time period to register your product, and the usage of the machine, whether for DIY or trade purposes, has to be mentioned. Failure in registration leads to the warranty period of products for two years for DIY use.
All registrations should be submitted in the name of an individual. An identification number (BID#) will be sent to you through email once you complete the registration successfully. The identification number is needed for replacement or service for your product.
The original purchasers are qualified to claim the warranty and they can't hand over the warranty to any other persons. With no proof of purchase and testimony of online registration, the warranty cannot be claimed.
Positec will not assume responsibility for any malfunction or defect in the tool if the customer continues to use it after suspecting or discovering a malfunction or defect.

The warranty encompasses your WORX DIY, WORX Garden, or WORX Lifestyle tool if it becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within a three-year period from the date of purchase (at their sole discretion). Throughout the warranty duration, WORX will either replace or repair all defective parts at no cost, or repair the products free of charge, or replace the unit with a new or re-conditioned unit, free of charge. The warranty is applicable if the tools have not been used for hire purposes, have not been modified from their original specifications, have not undergone unauthorized repairs, have not been misused, and have not sustained damage from foreign objects, substances, or accidents.
The warranty excludes components experiencing natural wear and tear due to usage following the operating instructions, damages resulting from intentional or negligent actions, or arising from abnormal storage or working conditions. It also does not cover accessories or attachments. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to accessories provided with the tool.
