What is covered under the West Bend Warranty?

West Bend warrants this appliance against material and workmanship failures for a period of one year from the original purchase date, provided there is proof of purchase, and the appliance is used and maintained according to the instruction manual. Any defective part of the appliance will be repaired or replaced at the Company's discretion without any additional charge. Please note that this warranty is applicable for indoor household use exclusively.

What is NOT covered under the West Bend Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for any damage, including discoloration, to the non-stick surface of the appliance. It becomes null and void at the Company's sole discretion if the appliance is damaged due to accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, scratching, or if the appliance undergoes any alterations. Additionally, the warranty becomes invalid if the purchased product does not conform to local standards, such as voltage, frequency, power plugs, or other local technical specifications. The Company is not responsible for repairing or replacing failed or damaged components resulting from electrical power failures, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or voltage drops affecting the unit.
