Return of the products is permitted when they are sent within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The items are eligible for store credit in case you send them between 31 - 60 days after receipt.
Items returned beyond the 30- to 60-day window of their standard return policy cannot be accommodated. After your item is received and inspected by their warehouse, refunds will be processed to your account, with deductions for return shipping costs and potential restocking fees.
Moreover, EdgeStar will only consider accepting products that remain in their original, factory-sealed packaging, complete with all accompanying literature and warranty cards, in an unaltered condition. The product must not have been installed, utilized, or subjected to other disqualifying actions.

The warranty policy is exclusively valid for the original purchaser and solely covers instances of workmanship defects that occur during the standard operation of the product, under conditions of regular service, maintenance, and usage. This warranty pertains to product purchases and usage within residential settings in the United States of America. Throughout the warranty period, EdgeStar will provide new, rebuilt, or refurbished parts at no cost. EdgeStar may request the return of a faulty part in exchange for the replacement. All replacement parts or products will be brand new, remanufactured, or refurbished. Any products or parts replaced by EdgeStar under warranty service become the property of EdgeStar, and labor will be carried out at an authorized EdgeStar repair facility at no charge. EdgeStar retains the option to repair the product using new or remanufactured parts or to replace the defective product with a new, refurbished, or remanufactured one. In the event of a replacement, the new product will inherit the remaining warranty of the original product. Beyond the initial ninety (90) day period, EdgeStar will no longer bear responsibility for labor costs incurred. All defective products and parts covered by this warranty will be either repaired or replaced through mail-in service to an EdgeStar-authorized repair facility.
The warranty coverage comes with certain limitations. Specifically, it does not cover labor charges associated with installation, setup, or training to use the product. It also excludes damage caused during shipping or due to improper packaging when shipping to an authorized service center, as well as damage resulting from improper voltage or any form of misuse, including abnormal service, handling, or usage. Cosmetic issues such as scratches and dents are not covered, nor is normal wear and tear on parts or the replacement of parts that are designed to be replaced, such as filters, cartridges, and batteries. Additionally, this warranty does not encompass service trips for delivering, picking up, installing the product, or providing instructions on its proper usage. Damages or operational problems resulting from misuse, abuse, use outside environmental specifications, contrary use to instructions found in the owner's manual, accidents, acts of nature, vermin, fire, flood, improper installation, unauthorized service, maintenance neglect, unauthorized installation or modification, or commercial use are not covered. The warranty does not extend to the use of EdgeStar products in commercial settings, optional accessories, attachments, or appearance items. It does not cover products that have been modified to operate outside of specifications without prior written permission from EdgeStar, products lost in shipment or due to theft, products sold "AS IS," or products obtained from unauthorized resellers. Finally, products with serial numbers that have been removed or defaced, as well as those with invalidated serial numbers, are not covered under this warranty.
