What is covered under the Splendide Warranty?

The limited warranty is exclusively provided to the original end-use/retail purchaser. Splendide commits to repairing or replacing any part of its product that experiences a defect in materials or workmanship when used under typical home-use conditions. This warranty specifically pertains to Splendide Products bought and utilized in the United States or Canada. With certain exceptions detailed below, for Splendide Products purchased in one of these countries but employed outside their borders, the warranty solely covers service within the United States or Canada. The warranty cannot be transferred.

What is NOT covered under the Splendide Warranty?

The warranty does not cover instances of improper installation, delivery, maintenance, or operation of the Splendide Product. It also excludes damage resulting from non-compliance with the electricity or gas supply specifications indicated on the rating plate. Any failure or damage to the product due to alterations, misuse, abuse, or use for purposes other than its intended use, especially commercial use, is not included in the warranty coverage. Additionally, the warranty does not encompass service trips to your home for instructions on product use. It excludes specific items like door gaskets, plastic components, fuses, water valves, products installed in inaccessible locations, maintenance cleaning, water damage, loss of vehicle use, time inconvenience, gasoline expenses, and other personal or property losses. The warranty also does not apply if the installation method causes excessive movement of the product after installation, leading to premature failure. Damage resulting from neglect, accidents, fire, floods, acts of nature, or physical damage to the product's appearance is not covered. Furthermore, transportation-related damage, the replacement of consumable or degradable items and accessories, as well as issues arising after delivery, are not part of the warranty. It excludes water damage, cases where the Splendide Product is not accessible for required service, problems unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship, and travel time when installed in recreational vehicles or marine applications. Importantly, the warranty becomes void if the Splendide Product is altered, serviced, maintained, dismantled, or interfered with by anyone not authorized by Splendide.
