Step 1:

• Confirm you are the original purchaser of the product, as the WEN limited warranty applies only to the person who originally bought the tool new; it does not transfer to subsequent owners.

• Verify your place of purchase was a direct authorized vendor of Great Lakes Technologies, LLC. Purchases made through garage sales, pawn shops, resale shops, or any other secondhand merchant void the warranty.

• Keep your proof of purchase clearly showing the date of purchase (month and year) and the place of purchase, as this is required for all warranty work. No registration is needed, but the receipt acts as your official warranty registration.

Step 2:

• If your product arrived with missing or damaged parts, report this to the WEN team within 30 days of the date of purchase. Claims for missing or damaged parts outside this window will not be considered.

• For all other defect or warranty concerns, contact WEN technical support by emailing or calling to make arrangements for repair or return.

• When contacting the team, have your shipping address, model number, serial number, a description of the issue, and your proof of purchase ready. Warranty claims cannot be processed without this information.

Step 3:

• Once arrangements have been confirmed with the support team, ship the product to the address provided; return shipping charges are prepaid by the customer (purchaser's responsibility) unless otherwise agreed.

• Pack the product in its original container or an equivalent, properly secured to withstand shipment, fully insured, and include a copy of your warranty card and/or proof of purchase inside the package.

• WEN will repair or replace the defective parts without charge once the product is received and the defect is confirmed. Note that due to supply chain conditions, there may be delays in sourcing certain replacement parts.
