  • Locate your valid proof of purchase showing the date of the original purchase, as this is required for all warranty claims. HEX products may only be replaced once during the one-year warranty period with valid proof of purchase.

  • Verify that your product was purchased and used within the United States or is a product specifically authorized by HEX for retail sale in Canada. HEX's limited warranty applies only to HEX-branded products purchased and used in the United States and products specifically authorized by HEX for retail sale in Canada.

Step 2:

  • Before reaching out, prepare the following details as required by the support team: your full shipping information (first and last name, phone number, street address, no P.O. boxes, city, state, and ZIP code), along with your proof of purchase.

  • Also, have ready a clear description of the defect, the product name and model, and any photos that help demonstrate the manufacturing issue you are experiencing.

Step 3:

  • Contact the customer service team with all the required information, and they'll get back to you as soon as possible with an answer for your warranty request. Reach the team at email or through the support chat on Hexbrand's website.

  • Once your claim is approved, HEX will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a functionally equivalent item. Note that colors and fabrics (canvas, leather, etc.) may vary if styles have been discontinued.

  • Hex warrants repaired products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days.

What is covered under the hex brand Warranty?

Hex warrants the product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
