If your product requires troubleshooting, service, or warranty assistance, do not return it to the retailer. Contact Taylor Consumer Services directly for support and return authorization before taking any further action.
Reach the support team by phone or email, and have your product model number, issue description, and proof of purchase ready when you reach out.
For products received damaged, submit a replacement request on the replacements page of the Taylor USA website or email with the subject line "Damaged in Shipping: Order# TAY[your order number]". Include the item number, description, and damaged quantity.
Once Taylor Consumer Services has assessed your claim and confirmed it is covered under warranty, they will provide a return authorization number and instructions for returning your product. Do not ship without prior authorization.
Pack the product securely and include any relevant documentation or your authorization details as instructed by the support team.
Taylor will repair or replace the defective product at its option if the product was purchased from a third-party retailer (not taylorusa.com directly). Refer to that retailer's return policy for the return or exchange process, while still contacting Taylor for warranty service authorization.
