Unworn, unaltered, not specially ordered, and not received on-sale products are allowed to be returned for exchange or refund. The return time period is fourteen days of receipt. Final sale items are exempted from returning.
You need an authorization to return the products. In addition, a Return Authorization and prepaid label should be received via email for the return or exchange.
The products being returned may be rejected if they are not securely packed in the box. In such cases, a refund or exchange cannot be expected. You should be aware of how the packing is done.
All timepieces can be returned and shipped for free domestically. Once the return is received, with the watch or item in new condition, a credit or refund will be issued.
The 2-year warranty covers all timepieces purchased from the official Weiss Watch Company website and delivered after January 1st, 2023.

The warranty extends to all material and manufacturing defects detected upon delivery, providing coverage for a duration of two years. Should the timepiece be returned within this warranty period along with a copy of the purchase receipt from the official website, Weiss Watch Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective watch or part free of charge within a reasonable timeframe following the product's return.
The warranty excludes coverage for regular wear and tear as well as damage resulting from accidents or negligence. It becomes void if anyone other than a representative of the Weiss Watch Company performs any work on the watch.
