To initiate a claim, please refrain from returning your Vortic watch directly to the retailer or to Vortic without adhering to the necessary procedures. Retailers are not authorized to administer service under this warranty.
Kindly submit your claim through the designated contact form on the Vortic website. Once you have received an email confirming that your claim has been assessed and may qualify for warranty coverage, proceed to ship the watch accordingly.
All constructed timepieces are eligible for a complete refund if returned within 90 days, provided they are in unworn and unused condition. Timepieces that show signs of wear or use may be eligible for a partial refund in the form of store credit.
To request returns and/or refunds, please send an email to the mentioned email ID along with an explanation and images detailing the reason for the request. If the request is approved, kindly proceed to ship the watch along with all accompanying parts and accessories.
The responsibility for return shipping and packaging of the items lies with the customer. All packages must be prepaid and insured. Please note that the return credit issued does not cover the original shipping and insurance charges.
This warranty grants you certain legal entitlements; additional rights may be available to you depending on local regulations. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The Vortic warranty safeguards against faulty workmanship during regular use for the entire lifespan of the product. If defects covered by the warranty arise, all components (excluding the leather strap and buckle) will be repaired or the watch will be replaced at no cost. This warranty is transferable, provided each owner maintains the documents of authenticity.
The warranty becomes void in instances of damages caused by impact or trauma, such as broken crystals or case deformation, as well as damage due to excessive exposure to water. Furthermore, damages resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or negligence are not covered. The warranty is also invalidated if the watch casing is disassembled or altered by someone other than Vortic or a Vortic-certified watch repair company. Additionally, damages to the leather strap or buckle, services or repairs performed by unauthorized agents, or factors unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship are excluded from coverage. Lastly, scratches or marks on the watch face or casing, or a cracked dial, are not covered under the warranty.
