3 Simple Steps for Oliver Peoples Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • You are supposed to submit the service request for the sunglasses in the registration form on the official website of Luxottica. The information related to your name, email, password, and country has to be provided.

  • The audio products jointly manufactured by Master & Dynamic x Oliver Peoples have a unique email address or website for inquiring about warranty, service, or general inquiries.

Step 2:

  • When you make the return, ensure that the Oliver Peoples Master & Dynamic audio products have not been taken out of the box and that there have been no alterations in the seal. The company wants you to keep that for hygiene reasons. The packaging should not have any signs of damage or wear.

  • Within 45 days of the purchase date, you shall return all products purchased from the official website of Oliver Peoples. Completion of the online return request form should be done prior to returning the product.

Step 3:

  • Following the completion of the return request form, the seller provides you with a return authorization number and a prepaid UPS label within two days. The latter has to be attached to the package's outside.

  • In order to collect the package, you should either visit one of the UPS Access Points listed on the label or make contact with those access points. You will receive the message regarding the amount credited to your bank account in five days.

  • During the warranty process, Oliver Peoples may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
