The retailers authorized by WeatherBeeta have the responsibility to oversee the warranty claims made by consumers. Details of retailers located nearby to your location will be provided by the customer service center.
You can return unused, unwashed, flawed, or non-satisfactory products within 30 days to WeatherBeeta for a refund, provided that the products are in a condition suitable for resale and come in the original packaging with attached original labels.
After the manufacturer receives the returned products, it takes 28 days to process your refund. The refund does not include any initial delivery costs. A restocking fee may apply to merchandise returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.
A repair or replacement covered by the WeatherBeeta Warranty does not prolong the Turnout Blanket Warranty Period; it still runs from the original purchase date.

The WeatherBeeta warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase of the WeatherBeeta Turnout Blanket and can be utilized by any subsequent owner of the WeatherBeeta Turnout Blanket within the Warranty Period. To avail of the warranty, the person must provide proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase receipt. If, within 3 years from the date of purchase from WeatherBeeta or an authorized WeatherBeeta retailer, the WeatherBeeta Turnout Blanket is discovered to have a fault in the outer shell fabric, the waterproofness, the breathability of the outer fabric, or any other faulty materials or workmanship, WeatherBeeta will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Turnout Blanket at no charge. It's important to note that the WeatherBeeta warranty is applicable solely to WeatherBeeta Turnout Blankets purchased and returned within the USA.
The WeatherBeeta warranty excludes coverage for various conditions, including normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and faults resulting from negligent use, lack of care, or neglect. It also does not cover damage incurred through uses other than equestrian protective use outdoors, usage of parts or accessories not produced or recommended for WeatherBeeta Turnout Blankets, repairs or alterations performed by third parties not following WeatherBeeta recommendations, the fit of the Turnout Blanket on a specific horse, damage caused by improper laundering, and associated transport costs.
