Step 1:

  • For making the warranty claim, the best way is to get in touch with the customer service department either by email or phone number, providing the images of the defect and original proof of purchase.

  • Without receiving a single penny from you, GreenPan will repair or replace the product within the warranty period. The repair process involves using refurbished components or products.

Step 2:

  • You should not take more than five days after receiving the defective products to contact the customer service team members. You may be eligible to claim a refund or exchange for the returned products.

  • Apart from finding the order number in the confirmation email that was sent to you when you ordered, you can also locate it in the order history of your account and on the receipt of the purchase.

Step 3:

  • You have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the case of a significant failure and to obtain compensation for any other loss or damage that could reasonably have been anticipated.

  • You also have the right to have the Products repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not qualify as a major failure.

GreenPan assures that its products will be devoid of any defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of two years from the date of purchase, provided they are utilized for regular domestic purposes and in compliance with the specified use and care guidelines.

What is NOT covered under the GreenPan Cookware Warranty?

The warranty provided by GreenPan excludes coverage for defects or damages arising from several conditions. This includes instances where the product is not used in accordance with the prescribed use and care recommendations, misuse, negligent handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, exposure to unusually corrosive conditions, consumable items or accessories with a limited lifespan or necessitating periodic renewal, freight costs, and any other expenses incurred in filing a claim. Additionally, accessories and cutlery are not covered under the warranty.
