  • The products that fail to make you happy are allowed to be returned within 45 days of the date they were delivered. All-Clad expects your return to be unused and in the original packaging.

Step 2:

  • They will deduct thirty percent from the refund amount for used products. Once your merchandise has been received, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • When you ship the products, a completed return form must be attached inside the original packaging, and after that, you will be provided with a return label.

What is covered under the All-Clad Cookware Warranty?

All-Clad Cookware warranty policy applies to:

  • Lifetime Warranty: All-Clad guarantees that all products purchased by the original purchaser will be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship for the entire lifespan of the product under normal use and in accordance with care instructions.
  • Repair or Replacement: All-Clad will repair or replace products covered by this warranty at no cost in the country of purchase.
  • Geographic Applicability: This warranty is applicable only within the United States and Canada.
  • Proof of Purchase: The warranty remains valid solely upon presentation of proof of purchase.

What is NOT covered under the All-Clad Cookware Warranty?

All-Clad Cookware warranty policy applies to:

  • Unauthorized Sellers: The warranty excludes products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Damage from Improper Use: Damage resulting from dropping, improper storage, thermal shocks, or improper use is not covered.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by post-purchase sharpening, personalization, modification, or unauthorized repair is excluded.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Failure to follow care and use instructions, such as cleaning in the dishwasher or soaking in water, is not covered.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Stains, discoloration, dents, scuffs, and scratches from normal wear and tear are excluded.
  • High-Heat Damage: Discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat or prolonged heat exposure when empty is not covered.
  • Nonstick Surface Damage: Nonstick deterioration caused by misuse or abuse is excluded.
  • Minor Imperfections: Stains, discoloration, scratches, minor imperfections, and color variations on the product are considered normal and are not covered.
  • Catastrophic Events: Accidents caused by fire, flood, or similar catastrophic events are excluded.
  • Commercial Use: Damage from commercial, professional, or workplace use is not covered.
  • Glass and Porcelain Components: Any glass or porcelain components in the product are excluded from coverage.
  • Dust and Insects: Dust or insects inside the product are not covered.
  • Abrasive Damage: Damage caused by the use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach is excluded.
  • Nonstick Damage by Utensils: Nonstick damage caused by metal or sharp utensils is not covered by the warranty.
