Step 2:

  • The products that fail to make you happy are allowed to be returned within 45 days of the date they were delivered. All-Clad expects your return to be unused and in the original packaging.

  • They will deduct thirty percent from the refund amount for used products. Once your merchandise has been received, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.

Step 3:

  • When you ship the products, a completed return form must be attached inside the original packaging, and after that, you will be provided with a return label.

What is covered under the All-Clad Cookware Warranty?

All-Clad promises that all products bought by the original purchaser will be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship for the entire lifespan of the product under normal use and in accordance with care instructions. All-Clad will, at no cost, repair or replace the products covered by this warranty in the country of purchase. This warranty is applicable only within the United States and Canada and remains valid solely upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • 1-year warranty on accessories and spare parts

  • 2-year limited warranty on electrical products or products with batteries

What is NOT covered under the All-Clad Cookware Warranty?

The warranty excludes products purchased from unauthorized sellers. It does not cover damage resulting from dropping, improper storage, thermal shocks, drops, or improper use. Additionally, damage caused by post-purchase sharpening, personalization, modification, or unauthorized repair is not covered. Failure to follow care and use instructions, such as cleaning in the dishwasher or soaking in water, is also excluded. Normal wear and tear, including stains, discoloration, dents, scuffs, and scratches, is not covered. Discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat or prolonged heat exposure when empty, as well as non-stick deterioration resulting from misuse or abuse, are excluded. Stains, discoloration, or scratches on the inside or outside of the product, minor imperfections, and color variations are considered normal and not covered. Accidents caused by fire, flood, or similar catastrophic events, commercial, professional, or workplace use, any glass or porcelain in the product, dust, or insects inside the product, and damage caused by the use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach are also excluded. Nonstick damage caused by metal or sharp utensils is not covered by the warranty.
