What is covered under the Waste King Warranty?

All appliances are warranted to be devoid of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials throughout the warranty period, commencing from the original purchase date. Any component identified as defective within this warranty duration will be replaced without any additional charge. The warranty is applicable to products acquired and kept within the 50 states of the United States of America and Canada.

What is NOT covered under the Waste King Warranty?

The limited warranty becomes void in the case of defects, non-conformities, damages, or losses resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, negligence, inadequate or improper cleaning or maintenance, damage caused by incorrect installation or mounting (unless performed by a Waste King authorized service professional), such as electrical connections due to improper installation, leaks at the sink flange, dishwasher inlet or discharge elbow, or damage resulting from excessive torqueing of manufacturer’s screws. Additionally, any operation inconsistent with Waste King’s recommendations and instructions, as outlined in Waste King’s Product Owner’s Guide or on the Waste King website, renders the warranty invalid. This warranty does not apply to installations outside the United States and Canada.
