Waring Commercial offers a warranty on each new product, guaranteeing freedom from material and workmanship defects from the date of purchase. This warranty applies when the product is used with foodstuffs, nonabrasive liquids (excluding detergents), and nonabrasive semiliquids, provided it is not subjected to loads exceeding the specified rating. Within the terms of this warranty, the Waring Commercial division will repair or replace any part that, upon inspection, is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, provided that the product is sent prepaid to the Waring Service Center or an authorized service center. This warranty is applicable exclusively to appliances used in the United States or Canada and takes precedence over any other explicit product warranty or guarantee statements. For Waring products sold outside the U.S. and Canada, the responsibility for the warranty falls on the local importer or distributor. It's important to note that this warranty may be subject to variation based on local regulations.
The warranty is not valid for any unit that has experienced wear, defects, damage, or breakage as a result of use, repairs, or service performed by entities other than the Waring Service Center or an Authorized Service Center. It also does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, overloading, tampering, or consequential damages of any nature.
