Registering your product is the main entrance to the warranty claim. Capital Cooking has detailed warranty schemes for every product they manufacture, and it would be better to fill out both the product registration and confirmation of ownership forms.
The enrollment form has the name, address where you resided, phone and email, model and serial number of the product, purchase date, and place where you received the product.
During the first year, Capital Cooking will cover the shipping expenses for warranty replacement parts, which will be shipped via standard ground service.
If you want your product to be shipped faster, then you are responsible for the shipping cost.
There is a talented, experienced, skilled, and problem-solving customer team that is willing to help and sort out your problems as soon as possible.
They have offered a map for obtaining further details regarding their main office and factory.
During the warranty process, Capital Cooking may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Please note that every product has a different warranty time period.

Capital Cooking offers a lifetime warranty (non-transferable) covering stainless steel sheet metal body parts and outdoor stainless steel tubular barbeque burners (excluding Professional and Pro series) against corrosion, provided proof of purchase is available (freight not included). For one full year, Capital's "In Home" warranty covers all repairs, labor, and parts determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Service must be provided by an Authorized Factory Service Agent during regular working hours, with no charges incurred for repair or replacement at the original installation location. Moreover, no charges will be applied for defective factory parts returned pre-paid through the dealer, provided they are claimed within the warranty period. It is important to note that all claims, whether covered by the warranty or not, need to be documented with photographs and a detailed description or narrative of the issue. These should then be submitted to Capital's service department.
The warranty will become void if the unit is exposed to usage beyond typical household conditions. Additionally, the warranty does not cover stainless steel barbeque grates and excludes issues related to negligence, abuse, damage, and typical heat-induced discoloration.
