  • The refurbished products, parts, and accessories are excluded from the warranty extension policy and can't be registered.

Step 2:

  • Customers have to return the products within thirty days from the date they purchase their products. Returns can be made within this fixed time period, with a fifteen percent restocking fee of the original purchase amount.

  • If you find any damages or defects in thirty days, GoWISE USA will pay the money from their pocket for return shipping. But you have to submit a picture and/or video to get a prepaid label.

  • Orders made from November 1st to December 31st benefit from an extended return window of 90 days, starting from the purchase date. To be eligible for a complete refund, all orders must remain in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

What is covered under the GoWISE USA Warranty?

All products come with a 1-year warranty that covers any defects in materials and workmanship when used as directed in the provided instructions. To initiate a warranty claim, you'll need to provide proof of purchase. If the product was received as a gift, kindly reach out to the person who gave it to you for a copy of the receipt. If this is not feasible, you have the option to request that the gift-giver initiate the warranty claim on your behalf. Please note that products located outside the 48 contiguous United States are not eligible for service.

What is NOT covered under the GoWISE USA Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for damages or wear caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or any unauthorized adjustments or repairs. GoWISE USA is not responsible for any loss of utility or any additional incidental, consequential, or indirect costs, expenses, or damages. Additionally, products bought in the Open Box, Like New, or Renewed condition are also not covered by the warranty.
