  • VS Sassoon is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to use the product by the manufacturer's instructions. Additionally, any indirect, consequential, or economic loss or damage is not covered by this warranty.

  • You have the right to receive a replacement or refund for a significant failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

What is covered under the VS Sassoon Warranty?

The VS Sassoon extended warranty begins from the date of purchase and remains valid for the duration of the specified warranty period. If, within this period, the Product experiences any defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship, Conair will, at its discretion, either replace the Product, exchange defective parts or repair the Product. It is essential that the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty is applicable for domestic usage.

What is NOT covered under the VS Sassoon Warranty?

The warranty becomes void if the defect or failure of the Product results from misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of nature like lightning strikes, or failure to adhere to the manufacturer's instructions by the user. Additionally, ordinary wear and tear of the Product or its components are not covered by this warranty. Furthermore, the warranty is nullified if the serial number or appliance plate is removed or defaced, if the product undergoes servicing or repairs by unauthorized personnel, or if non-approved replacement parts are utilized. Products purchased from individuals or retailers not serviced by Conair's authorized distributors or bought second-hand are also not covered by this warranty.
