What is covered under the SONIQ Warranty?

SONIQ guarantees that if any defects arise in the Product during the 12-month Standard Manufacturer Warranty period, it will be replaced or repaired. This warranty applies specifically to products purchased from the SONIQ online shop and is valid for the original purchaser only; it cannot be transferred if the Product is resold by the original purchaser.

What is NOT covered under the SONIQ Warranty?

The standard warranty does not cover physical damage or accessories such as remotes, power adapters, rechargeable batteries, and cables. It also excludes defects caused by factors not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the Product, including misuse, neglect, abuse, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software issues, or unauthorized alterations made to the Product. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to LCDs (Liquid Crystal Displays) or plasma panels with a small number of defective cells (pixels), as these imperfections are considered normal during manufacturing and do not affect the TV's performance. Similarly, image retention or burn-in, which can occur in phosphor-based displays, is not covered, especially in extreme cases where it may become permanent.
