  • Account creation, registration, and making a SONIQ warranty claim are the three important processes under the E-warranty. Before registration, it is vital to have an account.

Step 2:

  • SONIQ provides you with a time period of 30 days to return the products due to mind change and 3 days for the submission of photographic evidence of the damage of the delivered product.

  • The return authorization number will be valid up to fourteen days from the date you receive it which is provided by the customer support team after you inform them.
