The Vornado requires you to provide a copy of the receipt and a short description of the fault to one of the retail partners or through the official website for the online purchase.
If you don't have a copy of your receipt, kindly provide them with a photo of the silver compliance sticker located on your Vornado unit.
The sticker, which includes the date of manufacture, is considered as proof for the replacement warranty when you are unable to find the original proof of purchase.

The warranty for the product is applicable to models used in their designated country. Verify the country of intended use by referring to the silver rating label on the product, which displays safety testing marks. When returning a defective product to the authorized location, kindly include a copy of your receipt. Repairs conducted after the warranty period may incur charges. For warranty claims, please reach out to the retailer where the product was purchased or contact the authorized importer before initiating the return process. The 5-year replacement warranty from Vornado does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or if the item has been used for purposes other than its intended use.
5-year warranty on replacements
The warranty excludes coverage for defects or failures arising from various factors, including accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, failure to follow prescribed operating instructions, improper installation, or connection to an inadequate or faulty power source. Additionally, the warranty is void if the product has been serviced or repaired by any unauthorized party not expressly authorized by Milner’s. Removal or defacement of any serial number also nullifies the warranty. Usage of the product outside the mainland of Australia or repossession under any finance agreement renders the warranty inapplicable.
