Step 1:

• The talented and experienced customer support team members are available by phone and email to look after your Vornado warranty claim.

• Please make your selection thoughtfully, as refunds are not provided for changes of mind or incorrect decisions.

• During the warranty process, Vornado may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 5-year warranty period.

Step 2:

• If you don't have a copy of your receipt, kindly provide them with a photo of the silver compliance sticker located on your Vornado unit. 

• The sticker, which includes the date of manufacture, is considered proof for the replacement warranty when you are unable to find the original proof of purchase.

• The customer care team offers three options: complete unit replacement, provision of spare parts, or a replacement item of equal or greater value in the event of items being out of stock or discontinued.
  

Step 3:

• Your name, email, address, model, serial number, proof, date, and location of the purchase, as well as any other additional information, should be provided for the warranty registration process.

• In case you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are allowed to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date, and you will receive a complete refund of the amount you paid.
