What is covered under the Grundig Warranty?

The guarantee includes coverage for repairs necessitated by faulty materials, defective components, or manufacturing defects in the product. It also covers the provision of functional replacement parts required for the repair and the costs associated with a Grundig Approved Engineer conducting the necessary repairs.

What is NOT covered under the Grundig Warranty?

The guarantee excludes coverage for transit and delivery damage, as well as cabinet or appearance parts such as control knobs, flaps, and handles. Additionally, accessories and consumable items, such as ice trays, scrapers, cutlery baskets, filters, and light bulbs, are not covered. Repairs are not included if they result directly or indirectly from accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the product. Attempted repairs by anyone other than a Grundig Approved Engineer are also not covered. Moreover, installation or use of a product that does not meet the requirements outlined in the guarantee or the User Instructions Booklet is excluded from warranty coverage. Lastly, repairs for products operated on commercial or non-residential household premises are not covered.
