The service center is to be contacted for service repairs for products that fall out of the warranty period.
TEAC has a 14-day legal return period for products to be returned at no cost if they fail to meet your satisfaction level. Furthermore, every order that you make is qualified for a 30-day return policy.
All products should be in perfect condition. Products without their original packaging and accessories, or those in a damaged condition, that go beyond the warranty or return period are not accepted.
You must take care of the package, whether it is secured or not for transit. In the event of any damage occurring, TEAC will not be liable until the package is received by them.
For credit card payments, the refunded amount will be credited back to your credit card account. If the payment was made through PayPal, the refunded sum will be returned to your PayPal account.
The refund process will take 14 days to return your money to the original payment method after they receive and inspect the products.
During the warranty process, TEAC may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 2-year warranty period.

The warranty encompasses products displaying any defects during the warranty period, allowing TEAC the entitlement to rectify such defects or provide a defect-free item. The decision between rectifying defects or issuing a replacement delivery is determined on a case-by-case basis and varies depending on the specific product.
The warranty does not cover damage to or deterioration of the external cabinet, harm resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect, as well as damage arising from a failure to follow the instructions provided in the product's owner's manual or other accompanying materials. Additionally, damage incurred during the shipment of the product, or resulting from repairs attempted by individuals other than TEAC or an authorized TEAC service station, is not covered. The warranty also excludes damage stemming from unauthorized modifications or attempted alterations of the product. Furthermore, any damage unrelated to product defects, such as a lack of technical skills, competence, or experience on the part of the user, is not within the warranty's scope. Lastly, the warranty does not apply to any unit that has been altered or has had its serial number defaced, modified, or removed.
