What is covered under the Vogel's Warranty?

The guarantee extends to cover your product in the event of malfunctions resulting from material faults or manufacturing defects. They will either repair it free of charge or replace it at their discretion. If a product or component is no longer available, they provide a suitable alternative.

What is NOT covered under the Vogel's Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage arising from improper initial installation or incorrect usage. It also excludes the loss of parts or costs incurred due to improper use. The guarantee provided by Vogel's will not be considered valid under the following circumstances: if the product has not been installed or used in accordance with the provided instructions; if applicable, if the holes in the wall have not been drilled properly in line with Vogel's installation instructions for the specific wall type; if the product has been altered or repaired by someone other than Vogel’s; if a fault arises due to external factors outside the product, such as lightning, water damage, fire, scuffing, exposure to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, solvents, acids, wrong use, or negligence; and if the product is used for equipment different from what is specified on or in the packaging.
