NAD Electronics begins the warranty claim process with registration. The registration procedure needs your name, email, purchase date, product, and serial number data. Numerous products can be added by pressing the plus icon which is in red.
When the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days. Following the return policy, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, including tax, minus the flat-rate shipping cost.
Customer service provides you with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions via the official website's store. The returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number.
The credit for your refund will be reflected on your card within 5-7 days after they receive the returned goods in their original condition.

The warranty includes coverage for all labor and material expenses related to covered items. However, any shipping charges incurred for returning the product to the online shop or an authorized distributor must be borne by the customer. It's important to note that the warranty is exclusively valid in the country where the product was initially purchased. Additionally, the NAD warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. NAD Electronics guarantees that all products will be free from defects in both materials and workmanship.
2-year warranty on parts and labour
The limited warranty does not apply to products damaged by an act of God; overloaded, abused, misused, or operated with faulty or unsuitable equipment, or in contradiction to instructions contained in the accompanying product manual; serviced by unauthorized personnel; or if the serial number has been altered or removed. In no circumstances shall NAD or the authorized warrantor be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether resulting from the breach of express or implied warranties, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
