NAD Electronics begins the warranty claim process with registration. The registration procedure needs your name, email, purchase date, product, and serial number data. Numerous products can be added by pressing the plus icon which is in red.
When the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days. Following the return policy, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, including tax, minus the flat-rate shipping cost.
Customer service provides you with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions via the official website's store. The returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number.
The credit for your refund will be reflected on your card within 5-7 days after they receive the returned goods in their original condition.
After the request is submitted to the NAD support team, they will send you an automated email. You can confirm it by clicking on the link sent to you in the email.

However, any shipping charges incurred for returning the product to the online shop or an authorized distributor must be borne by the customer. In no circumstances shall NAD or the authorized warrantor be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether resulting from the breach of express or implied warranties, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
