  • Those who made purchases from an authorized reseller or BioChef over the phone have to fill out more details than the former in the form.

Step 2:

  • Each product carries a 30-day return policy. You may return it to Vitality 4 Life for any reason. A Return Authorization Form (RAF), provided by the seller after you inform them about the return, should be used for the return process.

  • A reduction of twenty dollars flat fee return freight charge from the refund amount is applied to products that do not match how the product should be returned, as described on the official website. 

  • For warranty claims or processing returns, customers have to cover the cost of sending the products back to the warehouse. Then, the cost of dispatching the products back to you will be taken care of by them.

Step 3:

  • The photos of the damaged or faulty products should be sent to them for confirmation purposes before returning. Apart from this, your needs will be fulfilled by finding the easiest solution and enhancing their procedures and processes.

  • The customer support team is active on weekdays at fixed times, and a form has been provided with the inclusion of a few details.

What is covered under the Vitality 4 Life Warranty?

The warranty applies to products that demonstrate a defect during normal domestic use within the specified warranty period. They, at their discretion, will either repair or replace the juicer or defective part without any charges. To fulfill any warranty service obligation, the product must be delivered via insured mail in proper packaging to your service center, as indicated on the back of the manual.

What is NOT covered under the Vitality 4 Life Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage, whether accidental or otherwise, that is not directly caused by defects in factory workmanship or materials. This includes damage resulting from abuse, mishandling, alteration, misuse, commercial service, tampering, accidents, or failure to follow the care, operating, and handling instructions provided. Furthermore, damage caused by parts or services not authorized or performed by Vitality 4 Life is excluded from the warranty. Normal wear and tear through the regular use of the product and its parts is also not covered.
