Step 1:

  • The products that are to be returned must be done within 90 calendar days from the date you place the order. The customer support team should give you approval for the return, and it is also the place to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC).

  • The products purchased from anywhere else other than buying from Aquasana cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs and insure the products. This Return Authorization Code streamlines the process of receiving the full refund.

Step 2:

  • The outside of the return package is to be labeled with the Return Authorization Code (RAC). You have to ensure that you have included all accessories of the products in the package. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  • Within 21 days from the date the RAC number is generated, you must send back the products to the company. Following proper checking, they will credit your refund to the original payment type that you used for the order.

Step 3:

  • Reimbursements will be transferred to the initial payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned product. Aquasana maintains a unique address to return the products.

  • The customer support team is knowledgeable and well-known for resolving a lot of issues. You may have to wait for some time due to the higher volume of emails and phone calls.

What is covered under the Aquasana Water Filters Warranty?

Aquasana and its supplier provide a warranty to the homeowner where the water filter is first installed. This warranty is applicable solely to the water filter used in a single-family residence within the United States of America. It covers defects in materials or workmanship throughout the limited warranty period of your Aquasana Rhino Whole House Filtration System, including sub-components purchased with the original system. The warranty for the water filter is valid only when it is installed, operated, and maintained following the instructions provided on the official website.

What is NOT covered under the Aquasana Water Filters Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for filter cartridges and any systems not installed in accordance with the instructions or that have been subjected to abuse or incorrect operation. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, or contingent damages or expenses resulting directly or indirectly from any defect in the water filter or its use. The warranty is not applicable under the following conditions: misuse, alteration, neglect, or accident of the water filter or any of its component parts; installation not in compliance with local plumbing and/or building codes and/or regulations; failure to operate and maintain the water filter according to the manufacturer's printed instructions, including the introduction of any additional aftermarket equipment into the sealed system not approved by the manufacturer; exposure to highly corrosive conditions; lack of continuous supply of potable water; operation outside the factory-calibrated temperature limits; removal from the original installation location; installation in direct sunlight or exposure to freezing temperatures; failure due to iron or sediment build-up; clogging resulting from the purchaser's failure to replace the Pre-Filter cartridge; damage caused by fire, flood, or acts of God; damage caused by over-pressurization in the water line. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of non-genuine Aquasana parts, including replacement filters, faucets, and/or diverter valves.
