The warranty excludes coverage for physical damage resulting from misuse or accidents, normal wear and tear, loss or theft while using their product, water damage, or any other damage or defect related to misuse. Additionally, if the item is damaged by plugging it into an incompatible voltage, it is not covered by the warranty.
