The warranty excludes coverage for physical damage resulting from misuse or accidents, normal wear and tear, loss or theft while using their product, water damage, or any other damage or defect related to misuse. It also does not cover products not purchased from them, buyer attempts at unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the item. Additionally, if the item is damaged by plugging it into an incompatible voltage, it is not covered by the warranty.
