What is covered under the ViewSonic Warranty?

ViewSonic stands behind the quality of its products, guaranteeing them to be free from material and workmanship defects throughout the warranty period. Should a product demonstrate such defects during this time, ViewSonic will, at its discretion, either repair or replace it with a comparable product. Replacement components may comprise remanufactured or refurbished parts, ensuring the replacement unit remains covered for the remaining duration of the original limited warranty.

What is NOT covered under the ViewSonic Warranty?

ViewSonic does not provide warranty coverage for products with defaced, modified, or removed serial numbers. Additionally, damages resulting from various circumstances are excluded from warranty coverage, including accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other natural acts, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow supplied instructions, repairs by unauthorized personnel, damage or loss of programs, data, or removable storage media, software or data loss during repair or replacement, shipping damage, installation or removal of the product, external causes such as electric power fluctuations or failure, use of non-compliant supplies or parts, normal wear and tear, failure to perform periodic maintenance as outlined in the User Guide, causes unrelated to product defects, damage from static images displayed for extended periods, abuse of the display coating through improper cleaning, products sold "AS IS" or with similar disclaimers, including those purchased through unauthorized online sellers, and charges for removal, installation, and setup services, including wall-mounting.
