When you discover that products are defective within the warranty period, you have 30 days of purchase to return them, including the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from the reseller or customer support team.
RMA numbers must be prominently shown on the return shipping label of any package sent back to Taotronics. Your returned products have the option to get rejected when they have no RMA number.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive an email notification confirming its reception. Additionally, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Taotronics will never allow you to bear the cost of return shipping fees only for quality related issues. The refund will be reflected in your bank account in three days.

The warranty excludes coverage for various scenarios, including improper use or installation, cosmetic damage, damage caused by acts of nature such as lightning strikes or tornadoes, accidents, misuse, negligence, commercial use, modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna, connection to an incorrect voltage supply, and attempted repairs conducted by anyone other than an authorized facility.
