A return material authorization number is required to initiate the return. This RMA number will be provided by the customer support team as soon as you inform them about the defective products.
The only duties you have to fulfill are including the RMA number and an explanation of the defects in the carefully packaged return package to prevent damages that may occur during shipping and transportation.

You will need to provide the proof of purchase, serial number, production date, product type, or model number (sometimes referred to as the model ID).
If the proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period will be determined based on the product's date of manufacture.
In such cases, the warranty shall be considered to have commenced three months after the manufacturing date.
