A return material authorization number is required to initiate the return. This RMA number will be provided by the customer support team as soon as you inform them about the defective products under the warranty period.
The only duties you have to fulfill are including the RMA number and an explanation of the defects in the carefully packaged return package to prevent damages that may occur during shipping and transportation.
Certain states may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the aforementioned limitation may not be applicable to you.
While this limited warranty provides you with specific legal rights, you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
Any defects or damage resulting from operation, repair, alteration, or adjustment not authorized by EPI are also excluded from warranty protection.
Moreover, damages caused by external factors such as fire, flooding, windstorms, earthquakes, exposure to natural elements, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of electrical sources are not covered under this warranty.
