Step 2:

  • You have a 30-day period from the delivery date to return products. Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately to customer care.

  • If the product was purchased in-store or through a third party, process the return through the same channel. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition to meet return criteria.

  • You will receive confirmation once your return is processed and accepted at the warehouse.

Step 3:

  • If, upon reviewing your return, a credit is identified in your favor, they will promptly refund the amount to the credit card used for the initial order.
