The standard return policy time period is thirty days, but the holiday return policy may allow consumers to return products until the specified date. Custom products and items marked as Final Sale will not be accepted.

Lifetime warranty
The warranty excludes damages arising from abuse, regular wear and tear, cosmetic issues that don't impact the bag's functionality, and accidental damage. It doesn't cover losses such as damage to or loss of bag contents, loss of use, loss of time, or related expenses. Machine washing bags, unless explicitly designed and stated as washable, may lead to damage not covered by the warranty. Usual wear and tear not covered by the lifetime warranty encompasses changes in color, abrasions, and the general breakdown of materials over time.
