  • The bag sent for repair must include the repair number. After submitting the repair form, the company will send you an email containing instructions and a form that needs to be printed out.

  • The repair evaluation time for the item ranges from 7-10 business days upon arrival, and whether it is repaired or not will be decided by the Timbuk2. Registration of your bag helps them to send you assistance.

Step 2:

  • The standard return policy time period is thirty days, but the holiday return policy may allow consumers to return products until the specified date. Custom products and items marked as Final Sale will not be accepted.

  • You will receive the refund amount if you have returned the products in perfect, unused condition with all original tags. They don't want you to pay restocking fees for eligible returns.

  • It takes 7-10 business days for the company to complete the processing of your returnA confirmation email will pop up on your mobile or laptop, intimating that your return process has been completed.

What is NOT covered under the Timbuk2 Bags Warranty?

The warranty excludes damages arising from abuse, regular wear and tear, cosmetic issues that don't impact the bag's functionality, and accidental damage. It doesn't cover losses such as damage to or loss of bag contents, loss of use, loss of time, or related expenses. Machine washing bags, unless explicitly designed and stated as washable, may lead to damage not covered by the warranty. Usual wear and tear not covered by the lifetime warranty encompasses changes in color, abrasions, and the general breakdown of materials over time.
