Once the warranty claim form is submitted to Flowfold, they will take a few weeks to process your claim. The information in the form is divided into three sections: customer, purchase, and a photo of the damaged product.
A replacement or gift card of equivalent value is available when your product is beyond repair service. As soon as you purchase the product, please register it on the Flowfold website.
In the event that you are not happy with the product, for any reason, you can return it to Flowfold within thirty days following the purchase date. Individuals who follow the return policy can receive store credit or a refund.
Products such as custom gear and final sale items are excluded from return under the rules and regulations. A refund will be credited to the original form of payment. The generation of labels and paying the costs for return shipment is in the customers' hands.
Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you have the option to return it and receive a full refund or store credit. They provide you with a shipping label at no cost.
Typically, they require 3-5 days to process the request and send you a return label via email. Flowfold cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost during transit back to them.
Until January 25, 2024, you are allowed to return items purchased between November 1, 2023, and December 25, 2023. This is referred to as the extended holiday return policy.
During the warranty process, Flowfold Bags may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the lifetime warranty period.

The warranty policy excludes damages such as normal fading, wrinkles, spots, blemishes, rips, or holes resulting from the misuse of the product, as well as cosmetic damages, loss, or theft. Additionally, it does not apply to collaborative products, pins, hats, or related accessories. It's important to note that face shields are not covered by the lifetime warranty.
