Two varieties of information are needed for your product to be registered to initiate the warranty claim process: consumer and purchase information. The consumer or personal information includes your name, residential address, phone number, and email address.
The serial number of the product, location, and date of purchase, and category of the product should be filled out in the purchase information, which is immediately below the personal data.
Their products come with guarantees protected by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the case of a major failure and to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For the goods that show signs of minor failure or are below the standard quality, you have the full right to ask for repair or replacement.
The service dealer authorized by Victa will check whether the warranty claim you make is valid or not. You must submit your proof of purchase to the dealer; otherwise, the warranty claim will not be processed.
You are requested to contact the retailer or authorized dealer via the locator provided on the contact page to buy new products or spare parts.
During the warranty process, Victa Lawn Mowers may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 5 or 6-year warranty period.

The Express Warranty exclusively encompasses the replacement, repair, or adjustment of parts that fail due to manufacturing faults. Under the warranty, the lawnmower is guaranteed against mechanical defects, faulty workmanship, or material issues from the date of purchase. Defective parts will be replaced or serviced by an Authorized Service Center at no cost for labor or materials, subject to specific conditions. Repairs or adjustments resulting from normal use or failure to adhere to the manufacturer's instructions are the responsibility of the owner and may incur charges. The Express Warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser, and proof of the purchase date must be provided before any warranty work is undertaken.
The Express Warranty becomes null and void if non-genuine Spare Parts are used, or if repairs are conducted by entities other than an Authorized Service Centre. Any alterations to the product, including adjustments to governed speed, will also result in the cancellation of the Express Warranty. Additionally, the Express Warranty does not cover lawnmowers run with incorrect fuel, oil, or improper oil levels. Neglecting to properly service cooling or air filtration systems, not adhering to the instruction manual or attached labels, and the occurrence of fair and reasonable wear all nullify the Express Warranty. Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect are not covered by the Express Warranty either. The owner is responsible for the costs associated with transporting the lawnmower. Notably, blades and spark plugs are exceptions and are not covered by the Express Warranty.
