Please be aware this policy applies to products that fail to go beyond your expectations and products returned in unopened and unused conditions. Those who live outside the territory of the USA and Canada should be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In case you meet the criteria for a refund, the reimbursement will be processed within fourteen days from either the date the company receives the returned product in accordance with the specified terms or, if requested by the company, the date you provide satisfactory evidence of having returned the product according to the terms outlined.

The warranty is applicable exclusively to the original purchaser of the product, acquired from an authorized reseller or sales channel, and bearing the authorized "Ember" trademark, trade name, or logo.
1-year limited warranty
The limited warranty excludes various scenarios and products, such as Non-Ember products, even if bundled or sold alongside a product, including potential counterfeit items. It does not cover items obtained from unauthorized distributors or resellers, products purchased or used outside the country of sale, and those lacking a valid serial number. Stolen products or those reasonably believed to be stolen, consumables like batteries, and software, irrespective of packaging or association with the product, are also not covered. Additionally, the Warranty does not extend to products or parts serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by unauthorized individuals. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents, is not included. The warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from various causes, including use with non-Ember products, accidents (including microwave use), abuse, improper use, corrosion, theft, vandalism, mishandling, natural disasters, or acts of God. Normal wear and tear, aging of the product, operating the product outside permitted uses, or not following Ember's provided instructions are also excluded, as is damage due to improper voltage or power supply.
