Step 2:

  • Ember provides you with a full refund without any pending, as long as you follow the guidelines outlined in the return policy. You have a 30-day timeframe, starting from the date of product delivery, to return items purchased from Ember's official website.

  • Please be aware this policy applies to products that fail to go beyond your expectations and products returned in unopened and unused conditions. Those who live outside the territory of the USA and Canada should be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • In case you meet the criteria for a refund, the reimbursement will be processed within fourteen days from either the date the company receives the returned product in accordance with the specified terms or, if requested by the company, the date you provide satisfactory evidence of having returned the product according to the terms outlined.
