  • To enjoy the provided benefits or make a warranty claim, you must have created an account.

  • The account is used to track your orders, review past purchases, manage your personal data, account information, address book, and more.

  • Order number and email are sufficient for the status of the orders to be followed.

Step 2:

  • Versace gives a 30-day timeframe to return your products. For the return to be accepted, items must be in their original, unused state, with all of their original labels and garment tags securely in place.

  • Your return processing may extend for a maximum of 14 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method employed for your order.

  • It can take ten business days to credit the refund amount in your bank account as per your payment method. Versace boutiques have no return policies.
