  • By maintaining a personal account, you can access additional features and prolong your international warranty. This extension allows for the warranty period to be extended from two to five years for watches purchased through the authorized network within the last two years.

  • The form is exactly the same as the one on the contact page, with the addition of password, serial, and warranty numbers.

  • When your timepiece experiences issues and no longer functions correctly, its dedicated team employs a rigorous and secure 10-step protocol to restore it to its optimal condition. This comprehensive service is accompanied by a 2-year warranty for added peace of mind.

  • During the warranty process, Audemars Piguet may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. They provide 2-year warranty for their watches.

What is covered under the Audemars Piguet Warranty?

Audemars Piguet provides a warranty against manufacturing defects for a duration of two years from the purchase date indicated on the invoice. The limited warranty applies to all new Audemars Piguet watches bought from Audemars Piguet Boutiques or Audemars Piguet Authorized Dealers in the United States. It incorporates the warranty terms and conditions found in the Audemars Piguet International Warranty by reference. If your watch needs service during the Warranty Period, any component identified as defective due to a manufacturing defect by their technical services will be repaired at no cost. After the Warranty Period expires, customers will be responsible for the cost of parts, labor, or repair services, unless expressly covered by an Audemars Piguet service.

What is NOT covered under the Audemars Piguet Warranty?

The Audemars Piguet warranty excludes coverage for defects and damages arising from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper use, or contact with corrosive substances. It also does not cover damages caused by unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs, as well as services and work performed by entities other than an Audemars Piguet Boutique, an Audemars Piguet Authorized Dealer, or an Audemars Piguet Authorized Service Center. The warranty does not apply to issues caused by the use of components and/or accessories that are not genuine Audemars Piguet, routine maintenance, cleaning, normal wear and tear, aging of the watch, defects resulting from water contact if the watch is not water-resistant as indicated on the pictogram, or if the watch, being water-resistant, did not undergo the required water-resistance tests each time the case was opened for any reason. Additionally, it does not cover non-genuine Audemars Piguet watches and components.
