  • First of all, you need to provide your first and last name, followed by your date of birth, email address, and password, to create an account.

  • Your primary job is to get a unique return authorization number by calling the Cartier client relations center before starting the return. The return authorization number has to be written on the return form.

  • After receiving your return or exchange, it may take five to seven business days to confirm its unworn, pristine condition through their quality control inspection process. You will have the refund in the original method of payment.

What is covered under the Cartier Warranty?

The Cartier limited warranty applies solely to products sold or submitted for warranty service in the United States of America and Canada. These products are covered for a specific period from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms. Should you need to return your product within the warranty period, any component found to have a manufacturing defect by Cartier's technical services will be repaired or replaced free of charge at Cartier's discretion.

What is NOT covered under the Cartier Warranty?

The Cartier warranty excludes defects or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper use, alterations, tampering, dismantling, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or services conducted by entities other than a Cartier Boutique, Cartier authorized retailer, or Cartier authorized after-sales service center. It also does not cover damages caused by the use of components and accessories not recommended by Cartier. Additionally, products are not covered if the original engraved serial number is removed or illegible, or if any part of the products or original number is removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased, or defaced. Routine maintenance, cleaning, and normal wear and tear, and aging of the products are also excluded from coverage.
