Steamist Inc. assures to the initial consumer buyer that all products will be devoid of material and workmanship defects. Steamist will, at its discretion, either repair or replace, without charge, any component that demonstrates defects in material and/or workmanship under typical installation, usage, and service within the specified warranty duration. Alternatively, Steamist may choose to reimburse the purchase cost. Availability of replacement parts is contingent upon supply and may vary from the initially provided components.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from inappropriate or careless installation or usage. If Steamist covers the labor costs as outlined, the warranty does not extend to repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorized Steamist agent and is confined to the repair or replacement of faulty parts by Steamist or its designated agent. The warranty becomes void if the product's serial number is altered or removed if the product undergoes modifications that Steamist determines, after inspection, compromise its reliability, if the product is improperly repaired by someone not specifically designated or authorized by Steamist, if it is damaged due to non-compliance with provided instructions for operation or installation, if installed outdoors, in a moist or humid environment with unconditioned air, or in temperatures exceeding 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing or installation in areas where temperatures fall below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, or damage resulting from acts of God.
