They have a clear and direct process. You can choose either online or in-store return. In the case of an in-store return, all you need to do is return the eligible products directly to the Lowe’s store, along with the invoices or proof of purchase and the valid picture ID.
There, the experts will inspect the products and determine the refund or replacement.
Alternatively, you can use online return methods. You have to obtain and use the Return Bar Code, which is available in the Order section of your account. Simply enter the Order ID and Email ID to access the code and proceed further.
Once you have obtained the Bar code, carefully box the products along with their accessories and parts. Now attach the bar code both inside and outside of the parcel. Then ship the package using a local parcel carrier.
In the event that a refund is applicable, the original purchase amount will be refunded to the original purchase options within 15 days.
Please note that purchases done using Lowe’s Gift Card, refund card, merchandise card or in-store credit will be refunded in the form of in-store credit.
When you are not satisfied with their products, you can return the products within 90 days of purchase. However, if you have purchased it with Lowe’s Commercial Account (LCA), Lowe’s Business Advantage (LBA), Lowe’s Advantage Card (LAC), or Lowe’s Business Rewards (LBR), you have 365- days (one year) from purchase date.
The warranty window is product-specific. Therefore, Utilitech highly emphasizes going through the warranty policy carefully which will be given in the manuals.

The warranty policy of Utilitech doesn’t offer protection against transit damages, or defects due to accident, misuse, or negligent acts. Also services or modifications done by any unauthorized persons will make this warranty null. The Utilitech denies the liability for consequential and incidental damages. The disclaimer further extends up to the shortage in the electrical or voltage supply. In the case of a pump, failure to protect the pipes from freezing and clogs may also become void of this warranty. Make sure that you read the instructions carefully. Note that the manufacturer’s liability is restricted to and will not surpass the original purchase (paid) amount under any circumstance.
