For a change-of-mind return, Urikar provides you with a 30-day time period of receipt of the products to initiate the return. The shipping cost should be paid by the customers promptly.
Items must remain in their original purchase condition, including the box, packaging, and all contents, and should be unused, unmarked, and free from any defacement. These circumstances are not for products returned due to quality issues.
Buyers should receive permission from Urikar prior to the return. Upon receipt and inspection of your return by their warehouse, the refund process will commence. Subsequently, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Upon issuance of a refund, the credited amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
