You are not permitted to provide proof of purchase provided by unauthorized sellers or online merchants. The title" My Registered Products" is found in the account section where you will be able to file a warranty claim.
You have only a 30-day time period starting from the original order delivery date to return the products that did not make you happy. Moreover, you have exchange options for the purchases made from the retail partners.
The return must be done in the original packaging in new and unused condition. The manufacturer must be notified if any products with defects or damages are received through the online portal returns.
The processing time for the return to be reflected in your bank account is 14 days. During this time period, they will approve your return after proper inspection of the products.

Bio Ionic will exchange any dryer, styling iron, curling iron, or curling wand within the warranty period and according to the specific terms outlined for each appliance, provided it exhibits defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty applies to products acquired from authorized Bio Ionic distributors.
The limited warranty excludes coverage for neglect or insufficient maintenance, such as a blocked or clogged dryer filter, as well as normal wear and tear. Additionally, damages resulting from misuse and abuse, including dropping, incorrect voltage supply, or failure to adhere to safety precautions, are not covered. Tampering, such as unauthorized repair attempts, and damage to the cord are also excluded. Misuse of transformers, voltage converters, plug adapters, or alternative power supplies internationally is not covered. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, neglected, poorly maintained, misused, abused, or involved in accidents or natural disasters. Any damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of the product is not covered, nor is damage occurring during shipment of the product.
