  • For a seamless process, make sure to provide proof of purchase only from authorized sellers or online merchants. Once registered, you can easily file a warranty claim under the "My Registered Products" section in your account.

Step 2:

  • You have only a 30-day time period starting from the original order delivery date to return the products that did not make you happy. Moreover, you have exchange options for the purchases made from the retail partners.

  • The return must be done in the original packaging in new and unused condition. The manufacturer must be notified if any products with defects or damages are received through the online portal returns.

Step 3:

  • The processing time for the return to be reflected in your bank account is 14 days. During this time period, they will approve your return after proper inspection of the products.

  • You can reach out to their customer support for your concern, and you can also fill out a form that allows you to attach up to 10 files, with a total size limit of 20 MB.
