  • Residents in Canada and the USA must choose a brand house or factory house location for returning or exchanging their gear. Ensure that you have your original sales receipt or gift receipt and the credit card used for your purchase with you when returning the products.

  • For returns processed at an Under Armour Brand House or Factory House, refunds will be credited to the initial payment method. When you visit the store, it's essential to have a valid photo ID with you.

  • You are required to return your items in the same condition as when you received them from Under Armour.

  • Their exchange and return policy has recently been extended for products ordered between November 2024 and December 2024 from sixty to ninety days. The standard return period for products is within sixty days.
