What is covered under the FENDI Warranty?

FENDI Timepieces ensures the quality of all its watches by manufacturing them in Switzerland and safeguarding them against impacts, temperature variations, water, and dust. Throughout every stage of creating your watch, they uphold the strictest standards, from product design and development to component production and assembly, culminating in a meticulous final quality check. Your FENDI timepiece watch is covered by a 24-month guarantee against all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, subject to certain conditions. This warranty remains valid only if the International Warranty card is accurately filled out, signed, and dated by an authorized Fendi Timepieces retailer at the time of purchase. The International Warranty card is globally recognized at all FENDI Timepieces Approved Service Centers, provided you present your watch along with a dated proof of purchase. Within 24 months of the date of purchase, a FENDI Timepieces Approved Service Center will undertake, at no cost to you, the repair or replacement of any genuine component that may be causing your watch to function improperly. Note this mentioned warranty is for FENDI watches only.

What is NOT covered under the FENDI Warranty?

The warranty provided does not encompass coverage for exterior components, maintenance, batteries, comprehensive overhauls, water damage (unless the piece is expressly marked "water-resistant"), straps, bracelets, buckles, crowns, finishes, or scratches. Furthermore, it does not extend to damage or defects arising from accidents or misuse. Any alterations, services (including, but not limited to, battery replacements or opening of the watch), or repairs carried out by any party other than an Approved Service Center will result in the voiding of the warranty. In addition, the warranty excludes several specific aspects: it doesn't include the battery life (if applicable), wear and tear on the bracelet or strap (including, but not limited to, color changes or changes in the strap material), damage to the crystal such as scratches, the natural aging and normal wear of the watch, any damage caused by misuse or improper handling, damage resulting from an accident or impact, consequences resulting from the watch stopping or malfunctioning, any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, theft or loss of the watch, events classified as force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, watches with erased, scratched, or modified serial numbers, and water damage unless the watch is explicitly marked as "water-resistant."
