Step 1:

  • The process of account creation is very simple. By clicking on the 'track orders' option, you will see a box open on the right side. If you're looking to create an account, simply proceed as quickly as possible.

  • Having a Hermès account grants you various privileges, including the ability to manage your address book and preferred store location, request returns or exchanges for orders, access your order history and download related invoices, and control your newsletter subscription while updating your personal details via the shopping cart.

Step 2:

  • You can't exchange the product unless you have kept it in its original condition and packaging, and in addition, a refund will not be provided. Within thirty days from the delivery date, products have to be returned with the original receipt or a copy for partial return.

  • No Hermès stores will offer refunds on products purchased from the official website when you visit the store for exchange or return for store credits in the USA within thirty days of the date of delivery.

  • The Hermès catalog has been provided on the back of the invoice, or you can find it in the 'find store' option

Step 3:

  • Whether to track your order or anything else you are requested to contact the customer service center.

  • Your name, email, telephone number, given subject options, and message in the message box must be submitted in the provided form, which is located slightly below the customer service number and timings.

  • During the warranty process, Hermès may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty period varies for different products.

What is covered under the Hermès Warranty?

Hermès warrants that its furniture products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. To make a claim for a defective furniture product under the warranty, the customer must submit a written request to Hermès of Paris, Inc. During the warranty period, the customer's exclusive recourse is the right to have Hermès either repair or replace the defective furniture product with a comparable one, at the discretion of Hermès. If Hermès does not repair or replace the defective product, they will refund the original purchase price to the customer.

What is NOT covered under the Hermès Warranty?

The warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse, abuse, falls, impacts, or any usage that deviates from the care instructions provided with each product. It also does not include coverage for normal wear and tear on the products.
