TYMO is pleased to provide a refund or exchange when you return the products within thirty days from the date of purchase, which is also known as a 30-day unconditional return policy. Additionally, refund confirmation should be given by the customer care team.
No other packaging should be used except the original packaging for the return. Attach the new shipping label over the old one that came with the products when returning them, using the same shipping box sent by TYMO.
You should include your name and order number by enclosing them in the return package to expedite the refund process. As soon as you ship the products, you are supposed to share the tracking code for return with the customer care team.
The receipt of the returned products will be confirmed to you via the confirmation email. This is done after the manufacturer completely checks your products.
Within 48 hours, the approved refund will be processed, and in a couple of days, the original method of payment will be used to credit the refund amount.
