  • TYMO offers a 30-day unconditional return policy for refunds or exchanges. Only products confirmed to be in good working condition are eligible for return or exchange. In the case of a faulty device, provide a brief video as evidence to initiate a claim. If the device is confirmed as defective, there's no need to return it, and a refund or replacement will be processed.

Step 2:

  • Include your name and order number in the return package to expedite the process. Share the return tracking code with the customer care team after shipping. If the return is for items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours and credited to your original payment method within a few days. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
