Step 1:

  • The US ground shipping costs will be the responsibility of MAINGEAR when the systems are not functioning due to problems that occurred in hardware within 30 days from the delivery date. The charges for repair labor or assistance via the phone do not apply to systems bought from the official website.

  • Maybe a few components will have the manufacturer warranty despite the systems crossing the MAINGEAR warranty period. When you decide to do the repair on your own, the seller backs you up to get engaged with the manufacturers of the components to take advantage of their warranty.

  • The eligibility of the product for a warranty claim is determined after the product registration is completed. The form requires you to fill out your name, product's name, date of purchase, email, phone, and order number.

Step 2:

  • You have a 30-day time period from the date of receipt to return the products that did not satisfy you. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returned products. MAINGEAR does not provide refunds for shipping costs or custom work.

  • You are unable to return if your orders total more than five thousand dollars and have been financed. The customer support team of MAINGEAR will give you an RMA number which is needed to proceed with the return.

Step 3:

  • For any returned items to be accepted, they must be accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Failure to include these may result in additional fees being applied to your return.

What is covered under the MAINGEAR Warranty?

Throughout the warranty period, all system components are protected against failures that occur during regular use. If repair or replacement becomes necessary, defective items will be exchanged for similar ones upon return of the faulty merchandise.

What is NOT covered under the MAINGEAR Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes damages or defects resulting from shipping unrelated to the original shipment from MAINGEAR, incorrect installation, misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, adjustments, or excessive electrical power. It also does not cover normal wear and tear. Furthermore, MAINGEAR bears no liability for damages caused by internal or external equipment, shorted connections, or components not sourced from or installed by MAINGEAR.
