  • The solution for a successful warranty claim is to send the products to Falcon Northwest for repair or replacement, ensuring not to miss the RMA number required for both warranty claims and returns.

  • Getting in touch with one of the representatives will help you receive the RMA number. Obtaining the RMA number is not an instant process; it is provided after numerous attempts of short troubleshooting and diagnosis via direct call.

Step 2:

  • You will have to return the products within thirty days of the original ship date to receive a full refund of the system price if they did not meet your expectations. Other requirements for returns include that the products should not have been opened, registered, and should not be in an unsalable condition.

  • The shipping charges will never be repaid and that is your responsibility. A restocking fee is levied on the return of any special order items. Microsoft registered items cannot be returned.

Step 3:

  • Falcon Northwest does not assume responsibility for any loss of electronic data resulting from virus infection, hardware failure, or electrical failure. Additionally, Falcon Northwest is not liable for any data submitted to them for repair or upgrade orders.

  • Two different phone numbers have been provided for domestic and international customers. However, the email ID is common, and you can choose whichever is convenient for you.

What is covered under the Falcon Northwest Warranty?

The laptop system warranty includes a standard one-year warranty along with one year of Falcon Overnight service. This warranty encompasses parts, labor, and shipping to and from the customer. Priority technical support is available throughout the entire warranty duration.

What is NOT covered under the Falcon Northwest Warranty?

Falcon Northwest cannot assume responsibility for warranty repairs on equipment that has been misused or abused. If damage results from improper installation of parts, software, or other actions by the customer, warranty repairs may not be approved. Additionally, Falcon Northwest will not authorize warranty repairs for equipment damaged by power surges resulting from external wiring.
