You will have to return the products within thirty days of the original ship date to receive a full refund of the system price if they did not meet your expectations. Other requirements for returns include that the products should not have been opened, registered, and should not be in an unsalable condition.

The laptop system warranty includes a standard one-year warranty along with one year of Falcon Overnight service. This warranty encompasses parts, labor, and shipping to and from the customer. Priority technical support is available throughout the entire warranty duration.
3-year warranty on Mach V, FragBox, RAK, Tiki, and Talon systems
Falcon Northwest cannot assume responsibility for warranty repairs on equipment that has been misused or abused. If damage results from improper installation of parts, software, or other actions by the customer, warranty repairs may not be approved. Additionally, Falcon Northwest will not authorize warranty repairs for equipment damaged by power surges resulting from external wiring.
